The highly regarded Australian Insurance Industry Awards were held on Wednesday 31st August at The Star Event Centre in Sydney. Adroit Insurance Group took out the Medium Broking Company of the Year award, capping off a fantastic few months for the Victoria-based insurance broker.
Adroit is a first time winner of Medium Broking Company of the year. It was recognised for its long term strategy and strong, consistent financial results, which the judges noted the business yielded despite challenging conditions. In adjudication, the judges were also impressed by the brokerage’s solid customer satisfaction scores for its service model and customer service offering, as well as its approach to risk management.
With a clear commitment to supporting local communities, the panel recognised that Adroit’s role in Victorian communities has extended far beyond the size of the business itself.
Adroit prides itself on offering excellence to their customers who include individuals and businesses ranging in size from micro to large corporations, and these recent award wins confirm that their service and expertise are industry leading.
“We are very proud to have won Medium Broking Company of the Year” said Andrew Locke, Adroit Managing Director. “To gain this recognition from our Industry and win a National award is fantastic, and rounds off a very exciting month for Adroit. I would like to thank our clients and communities we insure for their continued support, and our dedicated team for their hard work. We couldn’t have done it without you.” he continued.
Recent successes for Adroit have included being named as Powercor Business of the Year at the Geelong Business Awards and being listed as a category finalist at both the Federation Business School Commerce Ballarat Business Excellence Awards and the Victorian Telstra Business Awards.
The Australian Insurance Industry Awards have been an annual celebration of excellence in the insurance industry for thirteen years and are co-hosted by the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF) and Asia Insurance Review.
